General Delivery info

At GIA Athleisure Wear, orders placed before 2:30 PM UAE time will usually ship out the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE, but typically take between 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (such as sales, holidays, and promotions), there may be slight delays in processing and dispatching your order.

Delivery times for international shipments will depend on the destination country.


Customers are required to sign for their deliveries, but we also offer contactless delivery for those who prefer it. Please note that our service does not offer named delivery, so anyone at the provided address can sign for the order. GIA Athleisure Wear cannot be held responsible for orders signed for by someone other than the recipient at locations such as office buildings.


If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will attempt to deliver the package on three consecutive business days. If the package remains undelivered after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.


During peak sales periods, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.

Delivery Information

We offer shipping across the UAE and internationally. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. For orders within the UAE, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. International shipping times may vary based on the destination country. Please note that all shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

At GIA Athleisure Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of order receipt and require an RA number. Items must be received within 10 days of RA issue. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.

International Orders

For our international customers, GIA Athleisure Wear ships to many countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential import charges before placing your order.

Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes. GIA Athleisure Wear is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other regulatory procedures in your country.

Please note that some countries may have restrictions on the import of certain items, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with local import regulations. If an order is refused entry into the destination country due to customs regulations, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
