Shipping and Returns

 

 In the UAE, orders placed before 2:30 PM will usually ship out the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE, and typically take between 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (such as sales, holidays, and promotions), there may be slight delays in processing and dispatching your order.

For international shipments, delivery timings will depend on the destination country.

Shipping/Delivery Cost:

Delivery fees apply to orders within the UAE and internationally.

Additionally, customs and duties charges may apply to international orders shipped to certain countries, if applicable they are the responsibility of the customer.

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy:

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
